An estimated 4.7 million vehicle charging stations will be installed worldwide by 2015. This will take place across industrial fleet bases, residential homes, large corporate offices, parking lots and shopping malls as the take-up of electric vehicles increases across the world. The number of plug-in electric vehicles in America is expected to reach over one million by 2016. The speed of the infrastructure rollout will vary from state to state and country to country.
Charging Infrastructure Expo will bring together each key element involved in the proliferation of charging infrastructure, from corporations looking at their own charging provision to utility companies, charging infrastructure suppliers, electric vehicle manufacturers and senior representatives from charging station operators.
